Al twintig jaar brengt schilderclub De Quast mensen samen die met passie en plezier hun creativiteit willen uiten. Onder de bezielende begeleiding van Berdien is in die twee decennia een hechte groep ontstaan waarin kunst én vriendschap centraal staan.

De leden werken in verschillende technieken en stijlen: van (pen)tekeningen tot aquarellen, olieverf- en acrylschilderijen. Wat hen verbindt, is het plezier van samen creëren en elkaar inspireren.

Tijdens het Kunstenfestival Borkel en Schaft viert De Quast haar 20-jarig jubileum met een feestelijke jubileumexpositie in Dorpshuis d’n Teut. De werken zijn geïnspireerd op het festivalthema THINKING LANDSCAPE.

For twenty years, painting club De Quast has brought together people who express their creativity with passion and joy. Under the inspiring guidance of Berdien, a close-knit group has formed where both art and friendship flourish.

The members work in a variety of techniques and styles: from (pen) drawings to watercolours, oil paintings and acrylics. What unites them is the shared pleasure of creating and inspiring one another.

During the Kunstenfestival Borkel en Schaft, De Quast celebrates its 20th anniversary with a festive exhibition at community centre d’n Teut. The artworks are inspired by the festival theme THINKING LANDSCAPE.
